“The staff was AMAZING! Caroline, Zenia, and V were just perfect. Leah was super nice too! Room was ok…. Needs some updates and the water pressure in the shower was a trickle when turned to hot. Water never really got hot. Some days it was luke warm. Views from room were stunning. Bed was comfortable. The frogs were crazy loud and were in the room area w the rocks. Made it very hard to sleep and relax. Food was an average. It took well over an hour no matter if order was placed for room service……

“A very unique hotel. We stayed in the luxe villa with the open 4th wall. Be prepared for wildlife, mosquitoes, moths, birds to name a few. All manageable inside your canopied bed however. Views are stunning, bring your camera for early morning and late evening photo opportunities. I would suggest 3/4 nights is optimal here, given the menu etc. Just my opinion.”
