“We had a great stay at Ladera! The view is everything you can imagine and more. The staff was so respectful, kind and on top of everything you need. We didn’t wait more than 5-10 minutes when we called for anything. There were some small complaints but Yvette and her staff went above and beyond to ensure they were resolved… even upgraded our room! The resort tries their best to manage bugs by spraying nightly and as needed but of course, you are in nature so be aware bugs are still in abundance……

“If you’re considering whether to go or not, we would recommend you go. We loved our stay here because the food was so good and the staff were exceedingly kind and generous. The resort is absolutely stunning and we received a complimentary upgrade to our room which was amazing. In terms of negatives, I will say that the bugs on the resort can be a lot, but it really depends on the person (I only got one to two bug bites but my wife got more than 20). The bug spray did seem to work when we put it……

"I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting."
