"Set in a beautiful spot overlooking the lake. The village is about 2-3 miles away but don't take the car. The roads just get narrower and narrower and are extremely steep. The hotel has no lift but we were given a room on the ground floor as my husband has problems with stairs. The downside of this was that we were awoken by a table top sale being set up right outside our window by some very noisy Brits. I am surprised that the hotel allowed this immediately outside bedroom windows. Beware...

"Room reserved with double bed but room proposed was with 2 beds;with street view quite busy; only half window could be opened as the other part was stuck with the fridge; receptionist refused to change the room as no more room available. After verification on.hotel.com: other similar room were still available. Following further discussion with another receptionist 2 rooms were proposed and the last one was fine as expected with view on the patio Car park only to drop and pick up luggage but...
