“My girlfriend and I visited for a shortly get away.Our experience started off rough with late check in as our room was not ready.The receptionist at the front did not seem friendly,seem irritated by our questions and did not communicate well with us about food drinks etc.This was the same mood of the kitchen staff and waitress.Costumer service was not one of the high points of this trip. Security,Bartenders and Mr.J were all welcoming and treat guest well. Properly needs better maiming the……
