“The gal at the front desk was very helpful. The room we were assigned had been smoked in and the smell was overwhelming. She got us a different room that was available even though it wasn’t a suite, it didn’t smell nasty like smoke. The hotel was clean, and had a decent breakfast. My only complaint is the bed about killed my body it was so hard. I woke in so much pain I could hardly move, and was unable to sleep all night. So if you want a roof over your head, and breakfast to start your day,……

“It was a last minute roadtrip and we were looking for a place to stay. We planned to visit Roscoe Village the next day and looked for a reasonably priced hotel. We had never heard of Spark so we did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, cheery and the staff was amazing. Missed breakfast because we had a long drive the night before and the bed was just so comfy to leave earlier than absolutely necessary. Will definately visit again when we are in the area!”

“I don’t know so much as it was the host issue, but when I got to the property, I could not access the code on the door because I booked through Expedia and the host sent a message to Vrbo with the code. I did not know I had to access Vrbo for this reservation since I booked through Expedia I think that was the main confusion. Other than that the property was great. I think guest should be aware there’s no bar soap or shampoo or anything like that just some pump soap at the sink. I was not……
