"the staff were really lovely & helpful!! was my first time travelling alone and i felt really comfortable with the process. the room was decent and i'm not too fussy of a person just want somewhere safe & somewhere to sleep for the night. the cleanliness definitely needs to be stepped up though and noticed some dirty areas in bathroom & room which stopped me from using my shower. other than that, a very decent stay & i would return if i needed something quickly ! "My stay was lovely the room needed a bit of tlc but bed was really comfortable and room was cleaned. Staff were very attentive and friendly nothing was too much trouble. This is my second stay in a couple of years and would almost definitely book again. The lift was being refurbished but was notified of this in ample time that I could have cancelled my stay but as this was not a problem for myself to climb the stairs I continued with my booking. "
