“Stayed in one of the VIP rooms. However, wasn't one with the jacuzzi which seemed a little misleading based on the description. Arrived at the spa for them to have no record of us and waited for them to sort it out which considering the paying for club access is kind of a mood killer. That said the spa is nice and the treatment was fantastic. One of the upstairs shower rooms has mould on the wall which again isn't acceptable. However the venue is lovely. “We stayed in the cabin with the twin tubs for one night. It was lovely to spend time in the bathtubs watching the day turn to night and looking out over the lake. The cabin was warm, the bed was comfy and we used the kitchenette to make dinner. Having the free charging for electronic vehicles was appreciated. We’ll visit again”

“okay”

“Nice service ”

“Lovely hotel. Great location Helpful staff. Delicious food.”

“Clean room but the shower was broken and the bed cover was too small. The staff were friendly and helpful”

“A lovely olde time hotel full of character. Ensure your expectations are ready for that and you will be very happy!”

“Great stay”

“Overall valuable for money”

“Lovely dinner and staff. Breakfast is sent service continental style, so no cooked options which was a shame after the dinner. It's a 14th century pub, so lots of character and in a small village.”

“Staff were very helpful, couldn't do enough for you. Food was amazing Rooms very clean, a bit on the small side but worked ok for me Would definitely recommend and definitely return”

“Good digs, lots of good pubs about.”

“Great location with easy access to the area. Really helpful staff. Food was well prepared and tasty. Rooms had all that you needed with some nice wee extras such as bottled water, coffee bags. Tissues toiletries”

“Breakfast could use more of the healthy options. And hand sanitizer on entry to buffet would be a good idea.”

“登記入住時前台的女員工態度傲慢，很像不歡迎我們一樣。房間裏床單有黑色的污漬，牆上佈滿蜘蛛網，椅子夾縫還有些爆米花碎。這個集團其他酒店我也住過，但這一間是最差的，我明白一間有些歷史的洒店當然會殘舊一點，但也要保持乾淨呀!還有停車位不夠，晚點回去已沒有位置可停車，你只能泊在外面住宅區的路邊。”
