“登記入住時前台的女員工態度傲慢，很像不歡迎我們一樣。房間裏床單有黑色的污漬，牆上佈滿蜘蛛網，椅子夾縫還有些爆米花碎。這個集團其他酒店我也住過，但這一間是最差的，我明白一間有些歷史的洒店當然會殘舊一點，但也要保持乾淨呀!還有停車位不夠，晚點回去已沒有位置可停車，你只能泊在外面住宅區的路邊。”

“The room is small with a very high bed. I need to climb up with some effort. The shower curtain is also very short which cannot prevent water from going to the carpet outside. The price is also not friendly but it is really convenient. Just a few minutes walk from Paddington station. ”

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……

“I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There’s also a bar on the ground floor, which is super convenient. Overall, it was a really great stay and I would highly recommend it! ”

“Location was excellent, just 1-2mins walk from the station. It was newly renovated with a lift which we could handle our luggage with ease. We had a privilege to enjoy the city vibe from our room all night long, starting from midnight with crowds chatting and shouting, till dawn with workers cleaning the road and clearing trash. You could just hear everything outside by staying in your bed, which woke us up from time to time. Wouldn’t be my first choice if I wanted to have a nice sleep to……

“Staffs were friendly and nice, the room was clean. But it has been using a central air conditioning, so we were unable to switch it to fan mode, which made the room way too dry in the evening. Apart from that the hotel location is excellent, we d recommend others to stay here if they prefer to travel within the central London.”

“The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.”

“前台接待處職員很有禮貌同親切介紹周邊圍環境，但不足之處是我房隔離是儲物室，早上職員開關門都手重，請酒店提醒一下隔音問題會弄醒客人！謝！”

“飯店位於國王十字站對面，走路距離約5分鐘，非常方便，完全可以在沒人時去拜訪9又3/4月台。缺點是房間沒有電梯，樓梯太小又有轉彎上樓，要搬大件行李非常痛苦。房間很乾淨、床很舒適，但空間真的非常小。”

“room is good, male staffs are nice, female staffs are a bit arrogant as a customer service staff. breakfast have a good range of choices but the quality of the food needs improvement, especially need to work on keeping the food warm enough for certain dishes ”

“### Review: King’s Cross Express I arrived late at Heathrow and needed to catch the 7AM Eurostar. I picked King’s Cross Express for its location, although it’s only convenient if you don’t have a heavy suitcase. My room was in the basement—small but very clean and comfortable, with its own shower and toilet. It was also air conditioned (great for summer), and there was a 24-hour front desk. Overall, a practical and well-maintained stay for my needs.”
