Extended Stay Hotels in West Flanders Province

"Check in was not smooth at all. I was expected to reach out to the host. No welcome email from them. I had to meet the host in person to get my key for the unit. Most properties these days have a lock box or passcode system. Would not be such a big deal however I had to work around the hosts schedule. I wanted to meet at 18:00. "The house is large and comfortable with abundant hot water and all necessary amenities. Within walking distance or a short car ride to restaurants and a 30 min drive to Ypres and WW1 sites. Owner was helpful and relaxed about the house and we had a lovely stay. Very happy with the house and location overall."

"The owner/manager was not given our arrival time, and did not have my GSM number. There were no instructions to contact her before arriving. The expected arrival time was given clearly to VRBO but not communicated. This resulted in a long wait at the door. The owner/manager was not given the" number of beds required and could not prepare the bedclothes beforehand. This was very unsatisfactory and disappointing."
