"Customer service. Excellent. Krystle and Anna. Beautiful lovely friendly phenomenal customer service etiquette. It's hard to find it now a days. No matter the time of day, they had a smile and willingness to ask and help. Swimming pool amazing! Had floats, balls, sunscreen, clean, volleyball net and balls, and hot tub was nice and hot. The hot tub didn't work, but still relaxing. Room was fantastic. Our grandbabies loved it. The sofa bed perfect for my 4 year old grandbaby. The entire hotel was clean and staff was just so friendly! Perfect. Breakfast. Forgot to get pictures. Had egg scramble and boiled, sausage, bacon, toast, corn flakes, fruit, coffee, juice, and of course waffles. Yummy. Will be back. "
