Welcome to our charming new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, perfectly situated only 2 blocks from Galveston Bay in sunny San Leon, TX. Immerse yourself in the comfort and style of our modern day bay house bungalow, where the main living area is upstairs and the downstairs garage has a game room ready for lots of family fun!!
Our home is centrally located to some of the best restaurants on the Gulf Coast, only a few blocks away from Mooner Beach with beautiful sunrise/sunset views, along with many local fishing guides who are ready to take you out for a day on the water.
Also, our property's central location makes it an ideal hub for exploring the surrounding area. There are many attractions in Kemah, Galveston, and Houston all within convenient reach.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Make sure the Game Room is put back the way you found it. $50 extra cleaning fee if it's not picked up.

Clean the grill before leaving (if you used it). Our cleaner charges $50 if she has to clean it.

Please set there AC up to 76 in the summer; Turn the heat down to 68 in the winter

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Garage - Return garage door opener and keys. - Replacements are $100 - $20 (keys) Clean out grill - $50 fee if we have to.

Respect Quiet Hours from 10pm - 7am. Neighbor complaints/police being called can incur up to a $1000 fine.

Empty Fridge/Freezer and take all trash downstairs to the large trash bins. Trash comes on Tues/Fri. Please take to the curb those days.
