“This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! “The pool area was very clean and welcoming when we were there. I enjoyed that the pool was covered from above, yet outside. It was a wonderful warm, temperature. My husband and I were there for 3 nights and didn't see many people using the pool during our stay (probably because the weather was rainy and on the cooler side but we enjoyed it and felt like we had our own personal pool). “I stay here often. This time I paid double the amount and was given unit 9\. It says deluxe king with sofa bed. More like a crap king no deluxe and no sofa bed. The stove doesn’t work. Stains and just pure disgust through the entire unit. An awful smell. I’ve contacted host and they want to argue so I’m going to dispute this charge as I have requested compensation for terrible web description. We had to buy another hotel during our stay. I could not stay in that filthy unit! ”

“We arrived at noon time in Ft. Lauderdale and a quick uber ride to the hotel in Hollywood, Florida. We were greeted at the desk and was told our room would not be ready until 4:00 pm because they were cleaning it. No problem, I would prefer to wait and walk into a clean room! We walked into our room and never smelled any type of cleaning products. The drawers holding the silverware and pots and pans are disgusting and have never been cleaned. “Stayed for one night with my husband and kids. We weren’t able to get a room right when we checked in, the receptionist told us the housekeeping was a little behind. Despite that situation, she was very friendly. The rooms were clean.The hotel is very well located there’s plenty of restaurants to choose from near the hotel. “Terrible check in. The office to check in was separate from the motel rooms. After being dropped off by our taxi at the motel we found a sign posted to the office stating to go to a different address to check in. So we had to order an Uber to drive us to a different location to check-in. And then order another Uber to get back to our room. On top of all of that misery, the Motel requires a substantial cash deposit for the room key and you have to return the key in order to get your cash deposit……
