“This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! “I stay here often. This time I paid double the amount and was given unit 9\. It says deluxe king with sofa bed. More like a crap king no deluxe and no sofa bed. The stove doesn’t work. Stains and just pure disgust through the entire unit. An awful smell. I’ve contacted host and they want to argue so I’m going to dispute this charge as I have requested compensation for terrible web description. We had to buy another hotel during our stay. I could not stay in that filthy unit! ”

“We arrived at noon time in Ft. Lauderdale and a quick uber ride to the hotel in Hollywood, Florida. We were greeted at the desk and was told our room would not be ready until 4:00 pm because they were cleaning it. No problem, I would prefer to wait and walk into a clean room!
