“組合式的浴室小到讓人懷疑是置身日本！”

“The room was clean which it should be in a new building. The bed was very comfortable. The towels, shampoo, soap were great. The pool was cold even though I was told it was heated. When I arrived to check in, the young woman that came from the back looked and acted like I was disturbing her. No greeting. She just came out and looked at me. I told her I had a reservation and gave my name. Her response was "I need an ID". I checked in right before 3 pm on Saturday. I didn't see a name tag but……

“Everything from the front lobby to the room spelled horrible. The lights in the room were not bright at all and the room looked dingy. When I didn’t want to stay I was told that I couldn’t have a refund because I booked online. I left and registered at another hotel just down the road. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
