“Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht und vorab bezahlt. Das gebuchte Haus haben wir aber nie betreten können, da der Gastgeber es ganz offensichtlich an andere Personen, mit denen wir auch gesprochen haben (eine Familie aus Holland) vermietet hat. Wir erhielten eine Notunterkunft mitten in Venedig, die für 8 Personen aber gar keine tragbare Option war. Dort fanden wir nur 1 Bad statt 2 vor, wurden kontinuierlich per WhatsApp vom Gastgeber „hingehalten“ mit verschiedenen Taktiken. Nach außen hin,……

“We stayed at this property for 2 while in Italy visiting Venice. We lived staying at the villa which is spacious, clean, beautiful decorated Venetian style. The host was very easy to reach by phone and in person. She is very nice, helpful and easily available. The Vila has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful bedrooms and 1 big washroom. You can also enjoy sitting outside on the patio. The Vila is located 30 min away from Venice by tram or bus. The bus and tram stations are 10 min walk from……

“This place was a horrible experience. The night before we arrived the owner messaged us saying that something went wrong at the property and switched where we were going to stay. When we arrived at the new location the sheets had TONS of stains all over them that were disgusting.
