“The room was clean staff friendly”

“Very quiet. The room is spacious and clean.”

“The essentials for a night's stay were good. The bedding, linens, towels, etc. were spotless, and housekeeping did their job well. The AC, hot water, WiFi, TV, fridge, and microwave were all in great condition. The furniture and building don't hide their age well, and the property could use some tender loving care. I may or may not use this facility again. I feel the stay fits the adage, "you get what you pay for," and you get good value here.”

“Room was clean and staff was helpful. Didn't eat the breakfast and there was plenty of parking. Noise level over the weekend was high in the parking lot and activity in the corridors was loud until about 4am. The location isn't in a great area and those people are generally just loud and disrespectful to other peoples privacy. There are no good restaurants in the area unless you enjoy fast food. Didn't eat a good meal the entire weekend. Will not be lodging in that city anytime soon.”

“My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean, and the staff was very attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The only issue that affected our experience was an inconvenience with the water system. When I went to take a shower, the water stopped before I was able to finish, and it took quite a while for it to come back. I understand that this was probably a situation that was beyond the hotel’s control. I did appreciate that someone from the lobby later……

“Breakfast was wonderful. During our stay the hotel was almost full. Huge crowd in the breakfast hall. But the staff handled them nicely. Replenishing the food very quickly and they served with smile.”
