“The room was super dirty and there were bugs on the floor under table and looked like blood spots on the sheets from possible bed bugs, sheets weren’t put on the bed correctly chips and dirt on the floor and in corners and everywhere didn’t feel clean at all to the point we didn’t unpack we just ordered a new room and left. Would not book again or recommended to anyone else”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The building was secure. The room was clean. There was lots of parking. The free wi-fi was too slow to do anything. The kitchen did not come with much to cook with. There was one chair in the room.”

“The rooms were not clean. The first room we were given was “clean”, we pulled out the pull out couch and there was used tissues and used q-tip on the bed. The sink had dirty dishes and the counter was dirty. The room we ended up with had stains all over the carpet, stains all over the bath tub and was surface cleaned. Would not recommend staying here.”

“We did not have the best experience. While the rooms were large, we didn't love the location, the building looked different from what was on the advertisement. Very loud outside all night. There was a party downstairs that was very loud late into the night, lots of cigar smoke coming into our room.”

“It was private and quiet except for the subway going by outside. Since there is no front desk you get the entrance codes from an off site office. It took an hour of back and forth to get the codes. They kept sending dead links. The same at checkout. The floors needed cleaning. The bed was supposed to be a queen, it wasn’t. Or if it was it was the smallest queen ever. The bedroom window was broken so if there was a fire and you were trapped…. The staff was pleasant and took care of things on a……
