“My stay was three days long and I never received a working room key, I had to get let in by the staff. They were nice and tried hard, but could not make it happen. The microwave didn’t work in the bare kitchen. The only breakfast that was left early in the morning was a couple dried up pieces of egg (which could not be microwaved) and nothing more. The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it was so close to Toledo express Airport. Lesson learned.”

“Under construction with loud banging in the AM. Very humid in the room itself like the building wasn't being properly airconditioned. Im the room, there was a strange/moldy odor. Some of the staff were helpful, and let us switch rooms. The room cleaner found our tablet and made sure we got it back after switching rooms which was a life saver. One of the breakfast staff members was unprofessional and clearly just wanted to talk on her phone and was annoyed by the presence of guests. I get the……

“Very clean inside the room & around the property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Toilet was broken and maintenance was sent out very fast. Beds were comfy.”

“This little "Budget" motel outshines many 3 star hotels I've stayed at. The room was adequate in size. I can't stress enough how clean our room was. The paint & carpeting was like new and tge bathroom sparkled. If I'm ever passing through this way again I woukd stay here in a heartbeat!”

“I booked a smoke free King Room and it smelled like stale cigarettes. I called the front desk and she swear that room was non smoking and got loud with me so I hung up the phone. A few seconds later she calls back and she told me I can move into a new room. Which I did but that room needs maintenance done like the bathtub water goes out slow. However the breakfast is pretty decent. But it’s the same breakfast everyday nothing changes. When you ask staff for stuff they like to get loud with you……
