“The room smelled like black mold. It didn’t look like or smell like the linen had been changed in months. We couldn’t sleep the 1st night. We went to Walmart to get Fabreze to spray down the bed, bedding, and room in general. When we asked for a clean blanket, we were told blankets weren’t available. We will never stay there again, nor at any Days Inn.”

“The front desk staff when we checked in was so helpful and kind. The outside of the hotel was not updated but a wonderful perk is the vintage rose garden outside of the hotel. Absoulutely beautiful varieties of roses from so long ago. They were breath taking. I would return just to view and smell the roses again. Thank you Super 8!”

“Heck in had no front desk. It was very difficult for my elderly parents who are not tech savvy. They had a very hard time getting g in the room. When they finally got in, the room was great. It was clean and had comfortable beds.”

“I reserved a Basic Room, 2 Queen Beds for 2 nights, 34 days in advance. I paid $10 per night for the extra Queen bed, as I am a FEMALE travelling with a MALE first cousin. When we checked in, there was NO ONE in the office and we were told that the door was open and our key was in the room. We went in and discovered only ONE bed. So we called the number on the office door, and were told that the room with one bed is all they had available. If we wanted to wait until someone could come from……

“Tiki Beach Resort. Road 2 Hours to Hotel to have owners claim that Hotels.com has scammer that is booking their resort without their knowledge. Said that cabin I paid for on Hotels.com was not available. The owners felt bad for me and were going to get me lodging. First, stating they were putting me in a nicer property closer to my destination. But ultimately provided a room in motel further from my destination and way less expensive than what I paid for. I thanked them for the offer. ……

“No hot tub, looks like it was taken out, gave one food ticket for breakfast, then it said you had to pay for breakfast additionally after that one day free. Never saw anything posted or was told about that.”

“The breakfast buffet was great, and we appreciated the daily variety. The staff was also courteous and even offered us a cookie upon our arrival. The room, however, was pretty awful. It smelled really funky and there’s no way we’d walk barefoot on the carpet. The chair and ottoman were, literally, filthy. We put our suitcases up on the table and the desk. After our arrival, I read reviews that said someone had found bedbugs, and while we didn’t see any, and I think we escaped without any, it……
