"Owners were WONDERFUL, very responsive and accommodating! The home is FABULOUS and exactly as advertised...beautifully furnished and decorated, very clean, and all amenities we wanted. Very well stocked with all supplies and everything needed in the kitchen. Close to everything but also very private and quiet. We only stayed for a few days and wish it could have been longer. My grandkids would love the Disney rooms! No hesitation at all in recommending this 5++ property and would definitely stay...

"The home was beautiful, great decor, comfortable and worked great for our family of 5. We were there to go to the theme parks, they were easy to get to from the home. Traffic was a little crazy, but I think we were all going to the same place at the same time! Thank you for letting us stay!"

"Great xommunication and assistance with any questions we had or requests we had. Perfect location for us since we were traveling back and forth to Universal Studios during our stay. Busy neighborhood but very quiet. We seen alot of cars but we qere never disturbed by any noise. House was very clean and the family had nothing but good things to say aboit our housw choice. "We had 3 adults, 1 teenager and a 3 year old. This was very spacious and plenty of room for us all. Having tvs in all the bedrooms was great! The beds were comfortable. This was one of many places weve stayed and was by far the cleanest we've ever had. Loved the safety of gated community and was close to all the major activities. Thank you for the amazing memories."

We had a rowdy group next door who was partying with loud music, etc. The proximity makes this difficult. When the music, etc. continued into quiet hours - the security team was quick to respond."

"I’ll start off by saying the house is beautiful and very clean. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but the time we were there we thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool was clean and very warm. We paid to have the pool heated and it was worth it, especially for night swims. We did not use the grill or the recreational room, but everything seemed ti be in place and taken care of. My only minor complaint would be there was only one trash bag for our entire stay. We filled it up on our first night....

An hour to an hour and a half just for a 19 mile drive and it didn't seem to matter the time of day. I realize owners have no control over that. Communication was a little sketchy but overall a great home and good stay."

"Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. Anyway, she find a way for us to be upgraded. If not for her I regret that I chose spectrum. I highly recommend this beatiful resort. Worth...

"The shuttle service was the best feature! It was nice to be able to order it and get a wait time instead of other hotels where you have to walk to a bus stop and hope it comes shortly/ there’s room. The map doesn’t really show the pool sizes and there’s no real pictures online. I think people would book if there was more photos. Overall the place was clean and staff was friendly. Was our first time and we will def be back next year! "
