“Overall great! Knocking off one star because the listing indicates a mountain view, but the view was of a gondola and a back parking area with trees. The room was very stuffy upon arrival. We messaged the host asking about air conditioning and was met with a patronizing reply telling us to open the window. It was 77 degrees and sunny, the room was stuffy, one of the windows wouldn't stay open, and the fan available in the closet had a broken control dial. The location was fantastic and the room……

“The condo was the perfect location for our kids to walk to slopes and come back for lunch. Everything was as advertised in the listing. One thing that we really appreciated, which most VRBO rentals don’t provide, is the abundance of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and towels. We also appreciated the actual hand soap and good shampoo and conditioner. The master bed was comfy and enjoyed the nice Casper pillows. Would definitely come stay again!”

“Everything was as listed. The staff went above and beyond. So friendly and helpful. Good happy hour and the food was delicious. Condo was perfect for my friend and me. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Great location to the ski mountain which we really enjoyed. The condo needs work. Everything is totally outdated and some things are glitchy. For example, one bathroom had the hot water handle on the right. The pots and pans are minimal for cooking. There are very few outlets. So we enjoyed our stay but know that everything is old and outdated. ”

“I stayed here on my honeymoon for 4 days with my wife, and we absolutely loved the stay! The hot tubs were awesome, the room was cozy and had everything we needed on our stay. We used the fireplace, and cooked some burgers from James ranch, it was incredible. Brandon was very helpful and quick to respond, definitely will come back next time we go to snowboard at purgatory!”

“Excellent property for world class ski vacation.Three minute walk to lift while on the way, grab a coffee. When finished, grab a beer enjoying great apres ski atmosphere. Unit was stocked with all necessary gear that was fully functional. Only draw back was checking into and out of unit. There really isn't any place to park while dropping all your gear. Once you dropped everything, move your vehicle to assigned parking garage and never touch again until you leave. Avant Stay team was excellent!……

“Such a quaint and cozy stay! Comfortable sleeping for family of 4. Easy access to lifts and convienent ski locker in lobby to make space less cluttered. Only downside was there was no parking, but a paid lot was near by. Can't wait to be back in Telluride soon!”

“Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Cascade Village. It was our first time to ski at purgatory and stay in this condo. The condo was clean and spacious and worked great for our family of five.The thing that really seems to separate his condo from the other ones is the very expensive large deck, which has beautiful views. It was cold outside while we were there so we didn’t really utilize the deck. The parking was very easy and we parked directly under the condo.It was well……

“We loved this property. It has a perfect location with easy access to the ski lifts, Mountain Village and the gondola that goes into Telluride. The place was very clean and well-stocked with paper products, cooking supplies and toiletries. The hot tub and massage chair were an added bonus. The views were beautiful through the picture window. There were games, puzzles and kid’s activities as well. Owner was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend. ”
