“The property needed repairs. Both doors to exit the building we were in did not lock locking mechanisms were gone. The circulation fan for the restrooms did not work and the on the wall thermostat did not work. Was very clean and comfy and employees were nice and helpful. ”

“I cannot stress enough how clean the room was. The faucets were gleaming, nary a smudge on the shower door and a floor that I didn’t mind walking on with my shoes off. Absolutely spotless. The real kicker is that this was a “pet friendly “ room. I have stayed at a lot of hotels that allow pets, and they always give the worst rooms to people with pets. Not so here at the Hampton Inn in Redmond OR. I highly recommend this property especially if you have to travel with pets.”

“Elevator stopped working while five of us were in it. Tried to call staff to discuss issue and they refused to engage in conversation. Simply stated that help was going to come. In general staff were not prioritizing the customer experience at all. Especially During breakfast time. Overall, the hotel is nice and is clean, but the Customer service was very poor.”

“Lovely cabin! The cabins are quite new and modern. The beds were cozy, the huge sliding glass door to the private porch was wonderful. The morning sunshine was therapeutic! Cute touches with welcome candy jar and pour over “coffee maker”. We will come again!”

“The room was clean and quiet. The fridge had a small freezer as well. There was also a microwave. There was plenty of drawer space. The bed was comfortable. There were nice views and a trailhead on the property. Easy drive to Smith Rock State Park. ”
