“When we got to our room we noticed there were bodily fluid stains on the comforter that went all the way to the bottom of the mattress pad underneath. The other queen bed had stains of similar kind on the sheets. This was so disgusting. At this point we should have went to another hotel but didn’t feel like going through all that.i asked for the manager to call me to discuss this and was told i would receive a call soon. This was Saturday and it’s now Monday. we did get another room. Didn’t……

“at least 10 long hair stocked in the Tub. Broken Button at the Jazzuci. Water was Too Dirty with many Hair. Late check out had to ask again and again, so this was so annoying. Room was NOT ready until 4:47 Pm. , BUT NO one said Sorry for that, and NO Compensation for it. Late check out until 12:30 in the morning, and this policy made customer couldn't sleep well. The Message sent from a manager to me Didn't help , even though she /he looked like to help me. it just wasted my time to message……

“Lovely hotel, nice room layout. My only dislike was the smell of the room. Mild dog pee and cleaning products smell.”

“Common spaces and hallways are nice but rooms are outdated, dingy and dusty. Thermostat wasn't working in room though they did send maintenence up quickly”
