But the bed and comforter were pleasant. I want to recognize Albino for making our breakfast spectacular every morning. "Clean, quiet, in a good location - walkable to bars, restaurants & tube so it’s convenient for heading in to the city also. Staff were very nice & helpful - hotel could definitely use some upgrades to the facade & the lobby/reception area. Bar wasn’t open at all while we were there for 4 nights over a rugby 6 Nations weekend so that was surprising as there were a lot of people in town for the Ireland v England match. Overall we enjoyed our stay! "

"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs.
