Rustic, yet very comfortable. The property is a hunting lodge, with hosted hunts. Pool and hot tub was very nice and the Cantina had very good food and drink variety. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. We will be staying there again.

I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I don’t remember if there was coffee or tea in the room…I didn’t really want any so I didn’t really look. Hopefully there was some bottled water at least but I didn’t look. I just needed a place to sleep for the night and that was perfect.

This trip was amazing! We liked that the property, rooms & everything in general was very clean, and the staff was very professional. We also enjoyed the fitness center, pool & hot tub. And we were within walking distance of the Gruene historical district, restaurants and shops. We plan to return for a repeat soon!

The indoor pool was great! Breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. The king suite was a little disappointing - there is no door on the room and then a window that looks into the living room. Not an ideal setup for our toddler. Overall, enjoyed our stay!
