"Very good breakfast. Staff need to check to see what is running low. EG: eggs,waffle mix, cubed potatoes. People coming down with 15-20mins left to make a plate and there’s nothing. Staff close the doors right at 10. Without making effort to make sure they got their breakfast."

"All the staff I came in contact in was WONDERFUL! I would like to thank the valet gentleman that brought me my car when I checked out. I noticed on the dash, the tire light was on indicating a tire was low on air. The valet recommended a place and then said no, that it was 14 minutes away and found me a closer one, Conrad’s tire express was 7 minutes away. I appreciated his kindness in recommending a closer auto shop. The room (713)was clean, however, there was an empty box in one of the trash cans and I noticed a spot on the carpet in front of the TV. I would stay there again and recommend to my friends to stay there."

"The room was beautiful and perfect for what we needed! We stayed there to see Zeds Dead at Jacob’s Pavilion and it was perfect distance! It was a 5 minute uber trip! We had room service in the morning and it was a dream! The food was delicious and they brought us everything we needed to accommodate it! We will definitely stay here again. We were in the heart of downtown and it was such a great spot for everything and anything you needed!"
