"We stayed here 2 years ago and returned because we loved it so much. If you're looking for something quiet, in a beautiful little village that is close to Mayrhofen then look no further. We used the apartment as our base for skiing in the Zillertal Valley and all lifts were easy to get to in our hire car. There is a bus into Mayrhofen but we did not use it. The apartment is about 15 minutes drive from Mayrhofen, 25 minutes to the lifts at Zillertal Arena and Kaltenbach. The accommodation is...

"Fabia was a delightful host. We had everything we needed. There is a small balcony overlooking town and the mountains where you can enjoy coffee. Great location for our hiking adventures that comes with a parking spot. We could walk in town and be anywhere in 15 minutes. Appreciated having a washing machine to clean our dirty hiking clothes. Highly recommend this cozy apartment!"

"We flew to Innsbruck then took hire car (prepaid from Sixst) down to Bruneck - a short journey, though very dependent on traffic. The flat itself is very clean modern and comfortable and well equipped. And Andreas and his wife are very polite and obliging. We confirm that her strudel is delicious! There are a variety of good walks as well as skiing for all abilities in the area. We would definitely recommend it!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Julia. The apartment is very spacious and the location can’t be beat - close to the central area, the Bahnhof, the walkway around the lake - we could walk everywhere! It is next to the train tracks but the trains are electric and quiet. Any extra needs were taken care of immediately. When we return to Zell Am See, we shall rent this place again."

"Wir hatten ein richtig schönes, verlängertes Wochenende in der Wohnung. Alles war super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist kaum zu übertreffen und die Lage unbestechlich, um am Biathlon Weltcup teilzunehmen. "Arrivés pour 18h, nous nous rendons à l'hôtel et non a la résidence pour le check in, appartement réservé sur Hotels.com pour 8 et pour une valeur de 156 euros, quelle stupéfaction lors de l'accueil avec la personne en place, elle nous demande de régler en PLUS 176.5 euros pour le ménage...(pour une nuit) prix incompressible et c'est comme ça sinon on peu aller voir ailleurs!!!! Apparemment c'était noté en 2ème page....on c'est bien fait avoir sur le coup là d'autant plus que l'appartement était...

"Wir hatten Anfang August 2015 die Sauna Wohnung, die im mediterranem Stil gehalten ist, gebucht. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse mit Zugang sowohl vom Schlafzimmer, als auch vom Wohnzimmer. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft.
