"omg...what a wonderful location that has everything...clean rooms, wonderful buffets and happy hour. we can not thank the Drury Plaza enough for the fantastic time!!"

"Waited to check in for almost an hour (the guest in front of us was just chatting to the receptionist). Then the receptionist allowed another guest to cut in front of us to purchase snacks/drinks. Not very good customer service when she saw we had already been waiting a long time. Dirty room, very loud outside throughout the night. Good location for proximity to Universal but definitely not worth the price!"
