I want to shower?
"Wow, my checkin was nothin short of amazing I gave the gentleman my photo id and said I was there to check in and I had signed and was off to my room within 5 minutes. I was up on a upper floor as I request. I got in late from work last nite so I got to my room relaxed and laid in the bed and before long I was knocked out. So I goes to breakfast around 6ish so dat I could lay back down for a few than get up and shower an hour before checkout like I always do where ever I stay. I gets up only to see that the shower doesnt even work i was pissed and I had a minor accident on myself and I had to go to work dirty and feeling yucky because I couldn't take a shower to refresh. I called and called the front desk from my room phone and my cell juat to have the phone ring in my ear both times 4 about a minute a peice where's the Customer Assistance? Now I've spent the last bit of money I had to my name to get that room only to not have a good time & had I known the shower was not working when I checked in I would have never stayed in the room. Now i didnt have an associate to assist me cause nobody was at the front desk & I didnt have a pleasant time so I guess thats it huh??? This by far has been the worst experience ever and I got nothin out of the deal. Im going back to speak to a manager face to face because this makes no sense whatsoever. I wont stay again and I'm going to give them a bad review. I was in room 530"
