"We had a great stay. Every single staff member was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but we were there for three days and it was exactly the same. Our only suggestion is to switch it up even a little bit. I had no problem with valet. I would suggest having cash for tips. They do have a QR code whish is handy if you don't have cash but there is a fee for the code so the valet guys didn't as much of a tip as if id had cash. But it's nice there is an option. We had a great time and it was close to all the things we wanted to do."

"There is very little public parking in this area. The hotel offers a valet service that is very friendly, but if they are busy be prepared to wait 15-30 minutes for them to get your car."

"Had a great time staying at the Skirvin. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay at the Skirvin again. Only problem we discovered was that, if we chose not to valet our car, our best option was to park in the self-park lot behind the building and walk (in the rain, as it turned out) back around to the front entrance of the building. Not sure an easy solution exists, but it might be a deciding factor for some guests. Skirvin is also guilty of my standard hotel room pet peeve: Please provide more wall hooks in or near the bathroom! We want to hang up our towels and use them again, but we can't if the bathroom only has one hook."

"Melissa at the front desk was the sweetest and most attentive. I’ve stayed at many hotels because I travel alot and Melissa has by far been the best clerk I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I was traveling with my 10, 16, and 17 year old daughters and planned only staying one night but my girls begged to stay again just because the lobby had so many family games that we played together with and the atmosphere was phenomenal. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! We had to get one of the handicapped/Beaton impaired rooms on our second night and the room was perfect for anyone that is in a wheelchair. Extremely spacious and clutter free. Definitely rate this 10/10"
