"Staff was very kind and attentive. Very accommodating pet friendly hotel. Only thing missing was a designated poop area and poop bags. Nice pet gift box if you book through the Choice Hotel App. There was construction in the building across from us, but it did not disrupt our stay. I could not open the patio sliding door in room 212\. There was a lock on the top of the sliding door that could not be removed. The AC did not work in our room, but thankfully they provided a box fan which helped. Breakfast was a treat, almost similar style to the Embassy Suites. Will definitely stay here again since my daughter goes to school at Cal Poly! "

"The staff was amazing! The rooms weren't bad but i did have to call front desk because i had dirty towels in my room folded down for the next person to use, my daughter also got a room there and there was a whole in the ceiling and dirty towels. Also surprise to see that there was no iron in the rooms, refrigerator didn't even keep my drinks cold as if it wasnt even plugged in. I was given a wifi password and i wasnt able to log in since nothing would pop up for me with the hotels name. "
