"All in all an OK stay. Get there early as staying on a bottom floor is loud or call to request and upper floor. Fleas on the bedcovers and back rooms look out on an area that has litter floating around. "

"I paid only $60 and got a $60 dollar room. Room keys did not work and the train nearby went thru at least a half-dozen times thru the night. Staff was polite but hotel needs some upgrading."

"Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome and a sense of this is going to be a great weekend feeling I loved it I highly recommend staying at this spot if you're ever visiting Lancaster California"

"Parking was convenient air conditioning worked great over all better than i expected for the price but i was happy with what i got"

"Pool is not very clean. Parking slots are too short and narrow. Woke up to use the restroom and found roaches in the room! Came back to the motel after dinner (6:30pm) and had to wait for the maid service to finish cleaning the room. Cigarette burns all over the tub. Shower head is so low it's almost painful to use it. Flooring is some sort of plastic laminate that is bulging up at the seems in places. "

"Check in was speedy and easy, parking is a little tight and no room if towing anything. Maintenance has some work to do in rooms just small things were broken or not functioning. Lobby restrooms needed cleaning. Breakfast was standard but decent. Overall was a good place for the price. "

"We had a great stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It had all the amenities we needed, including a full kitchen, which was a big plus. The room and restroom were a good size, and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. There were plenty of blankets, and overall we felt very comfortable throughout our stay."

"Book this hotel cuz it stated it had a pool and the pool that it had was super small can only fit 8 people in it my car was wider and bigger than the pool. Also, when I got to our room bedsheets underneath the blanket had stains on it. "
