“Fantastic apartment, great location ”

“This is a very well equipped and clean apartment in a great centrally located location. Both a grocery store and restaurants are a short walking distance, a rarity in Phoenix. The host was very responsive and helpful.”

“We really liked the apartment unit. Was able to cook meals with a really nice set of pots and pans. It is a very clean unit and the AC worked like a champ. The unit is In a gated area, quiet area but close to the main roads. Very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. We had the pool and hot tub basically to ourselves. Just note the pool is not heated and takes a bit to get used to, but very nice. I would highly recommend this unit for family and friends”

“I was disappointed staying here. It absolutely did not sleep more than maybe 3 people. The bathroom was dirty. This is as bare bones as you can get- no amenities, no shampoo, or lotion or anything in the bathroom, no coffee or anything in the kitchen. The pool was ok, but the neighbors weren't kid friendly. I didn't feel super safe here. Wouldn't come back. ”

“Nice room, clean soft sheets, nice cookware set. Only downside was that street parking was usually full and sometimes had to park down the block.”

“The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. The fan light in the room kept going on and off so we were unable to use the fan in the room. Moving air would have been more comfortable.”

“The hot tub was not heated nor was the pool. The location was nice and the check in/check out process was easy. Patio area got filthy after the gardener came by and used his leaf blower; there was no broom to sweep it so it remained dirty. Bathroom needs to be updated with more counter space. ”

“Check-in and communication with the host was good, location was great, there is no dedicated on-site parking… it’s street parking. However the power in our VRBO was not working and it took over 4 hours to get it situated. We had to wait 4 hours, get ready in the dark for our event only to find out they had another VRBO in the complex we were staying at… So instead of just moving us to that one they made us wait until the last possible second and switched us. We understand this is a business but……

“Great location! Walking distance to several bars and restaurants. We even used the grills close to the condo for a couple of meals. Enjoyed our little two week getaway from the “ice” and cold weather in Minnesota.”
