"My family and I were so pleased with the location of this condo. We loved waking up and getting to walk to the chair lifts -- amazing! The beds were comfy and the condo was well-equipped. We ran into a bit of an issue with someone parked in the parking spot and the elevators not working (a schlep with all of our gear up to the 3rd floor), but the manager gave us a bit of a later check-out which we appreciated. Managers were very friendly and responsive."

"Getting into the property was rough. We followed the directions and could not locate how to get in. Come to find out after 45 minutes they forgot to give us a key to operate the elevator hence why we couldn't figure it out. Property is as advertised but very short with supplies, example only 1 towel per person so you had no room any sips, wet towels etc. I would definitely bring my own towels if visiting again. Resort it's on is nice and lots of places to walk."

"Great Access to Kirkwood. The location is great, just a short walk from the slopes. The property was very nice a spacious but needs a few details. We discovered that many of the utensils were dirty in the drawers. It would be great to have a little information on the TV system. We were unable to get it to work and the DVD player appeared to be broken, the drawer would not open. There was a large pile of ashes, I am guessing from the fire place, dumped on the deck so we were unable to use...

"A friend & I came to Kirkwood to hike and paddle. We enjoyed a lovely morning paddle on Caples lake and a half day hike on the Carson Pass trail. Beautiful area. We enjoyed the condo’s pretty meadow and Mountain view. "

"The roomy king had plenty of space for our snowboard trip and felt clean and comfortable. We appreciated the heat lamp option in the bathroom and the many wall hooks to hang our snow apparel. The bed is on the softer side. Our room was on the ground floor beside the staircase, so Saturday was quite noisy all night hearing other guests use the stairs. Luckily I brought earplugs and Sunday night was quiet. The room was not set up for eating in, but the check-in office/lobby area also functioned as a space to hangout and enjoy coffee/tea, or use the electric water kettle and microwave. All staff were friendly, especially the lovely evening "receptionist" working 1/31\. Despite being the only one on shift on a packed Saturday night, she still managed to be welcoming and thoughtful."
