The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. “Nice property, but the self-check in process is odd and impersonal. I was reluctant to check in and have my ID and card scanned by a machine. We needed to get into our room by 3 pm to dress for an event that began at 4 pm. I called the property mgmnt co a few days in advance to ask about an earlier check in. I was told there was a possibility, told to call back that afternoon if our check in. I called at 2:30 pm that day and told no early check in. Rooms weren’t ready?? Thought they might be……

“The apartment is great and very convenient, super close to diamond peak that I usually get and the free shuttle to ski. The only thing that really drive my score low is the upstair family who makes noise all night long (yes, midnight and early morning is super active for unknown reason). Partially due to the fact that their floor is squeezing and the insulation between floors are bad so I can hear they walk and talk very clear. ”
