"Perfect cottage in the woods! The house was cozy and quiet. The beds were super comfy. Lots of wildlife to see and a short walk down to the river. We would go again!"

"This is an amazing place to stay….it was built with so many cool touches like the juniper tree built into the staircase. It had all the comforts of home and is tucked out in the woods next to a stream that lulled us to sleep. The hanging beds were very comfortable (if you get motion sickness it might be not be for you!) We didn’t have enough time or good weather to enjoy the property and couldn’t do the nearby falls hike. There was a tree down along the dirt road that our rental car refused to go under. Wish we lived closer to take advantage of everything it had to offer!"

"Lovely, family-friendly house just a 30- second walk from the Umpqua. Great views of the river from the deck and a private dock for fishing, swimming, relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous views. Great small mouth bass (and pumpkinseed sunfish) fishing. Lots of ospreys and several bald eagle sightings. We even saw a pair of seals catch and tussle over a giant salmon in the middle of the river!The house was immaculate when we arrived and had very comfortable beds. Communication with the hosts was prompt. Such a wonderful place for summer family time! We hope to visit again."

"Sharon is a great host and the place is very nice, the only drawback is the lack of WiFi, however, all you need to do is drive a little way to the main road and you can pick it up. This was our second time at the cottage and we plan to return again because it is such a great place with beautiful surroundings. Thanks, Sharon"

"The location was great for a few days rest and exploring west central Oregon. The tiny house had everything we needed.This property is located in a small town so there are not a lot of options for groceries. You can either bring them with you, pick a few things up from a nearby convenience store, or stop at larger city when out and about. The house was relatively clean, but we did find dog hair on our clothes that must have still been in the space from a previous visitor. It is also worth noting that the property is on well water. While it is safe to drink, there is a bottled water machine in the house for drinking water. You wouldn't know except there is a distinct aroma to the water when showering. We didn't notice it after drying off."

"The outside was beautiful. It had several lovely places to sit looking at a relaxing lake. The inside had everything you need for a stay. However, it wasn’t very clean. The previous guest owned dogs, so there was dog hair everywhere. For example, the headboard on the bed was covered with dog hair as were the sheets. If they had a better cleaning crew the place would be perfect."
