“People were very friendly. Beach access was excellent. We had limited hot water, restrooms off the pool areas were not clean and food was average.”

“We had a very nice room which had an ocean view and a balcony. The staff was very efficient and courteous. The only complaint we had was that it took a long period of time from ordering to getting the food in the restaurant. Otherwise a great place to stay.”

“Had to remind staff to clean room every other day. Our door was left open when we came back from our day out. Told desk and she said she would talk to the general manager, didn’t hear anything from them. The water stunk of supper smell, unable to drink it. Told three staff, nothing was said, not even offering bottled water. Told hot coffee and water was available 24/7 it was always cold. The fridge froze every thing solid in our room. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t lock, handle was broken.……

“I like rain very much. My room is on the second floor. When it rains, I can hear the sound of raindrops falling on the roof, which is very helpful for sleeping. I like this sound very much. The transportation is convenient, the main road is when you go out, and there is a beach nearby, which is quite good.”

The room itself was comfortable but a bit outdated, with limited outlets and no USB charging ports, which made it a little challenging to work and charge devices at the same time. Overall, fine for a family trip but not the best for a work trip.”

“The building and surrounding areas were fine, the employee that welcomed us was super friendly and helpful. But we booked a NON SMOKING room, and the one they assigned us was a slammed on the face as soon as we opened the door of smoke smell. The sheets and pillows smelled like if someone were there actually smoking cigarettes, our clothes got all the smell impregnated on it and the next day after checking out we spend the day in a laundromat washing everything. We wasn’t able to sleep at all……

The buffet had very little variety and often looked half empty, with multiple trays left unfilled. The options were repetitive and limited—basically just chicken and fish every day, with no effort to offer anything different. Desserts were even worse. There was usually only one option, and it was low quality. The “ice cream” was a flavorless……
