"Excellent location - easy access to tos of awesome hikes, to Mountain Village and to town of Telluride. Super roomie even with 4 adults and 2 dogs, clean, quiet, we loved the deck and the peaceful Aspen trees. The neighbors were also very friendly! We were sad to leave."

"We were 4 couples and truly enjoyed this condo. Its location to the free gondolas was very convenient. The kitchen/living room space provided a comfortable space for hanging out. Hot tub was very nice. The only thing I would suggest would be to provide 2 more chairs for eating at the table, maybe 2 cushy folding chairs in the closet. We would definitely stay here again! And the Avant Stay team were extremely responsive to our questions!! Appreciated that! "

"We were able to have all of our children and grandchildren celebrate our anniversary together with us in July. The house was a great place to do it. It accommodated all of us perfectly. There were a few things we needed and were delivered to us as asked for. The location to the gondolas was great. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone needing lots of space. It is as very easy to communicate with the owners and they answered any questions that I had ahead of time."
"The overall stay was most enjoyable. The amenities were great. The only negative was no way to block the sun in the afternoon from the livingroom and dining area. Some shades would have helped. We managed though by dining on rhe deck. It seems sad to complain about too much sun. All in all a great home for our family. Your art work is awesome. Thank you!!"

"Had a great stay with the family. The house is very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed coffee on the front deck and the hot tub was a welcome post hiking treat. Great kitchen for cooking meals with the family. Lot's of room at the tables for playing cards. The dial a ride is super convenient access to the gondola. We saw a bear wander through the woods from the back patio and there were an abundance of deer and elk all over. "

"The home was very nicely finished, nicely furnished, very comfortable and spacious. We had 4 separate couples which was perfect with the house that has 4 bedrooms and each bedroom with its own private bathroom. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Telluride."

"We were first time visitors to the Telluride area so I did a lot of research into lodging choices before booking. I went back and forth between two properties before deciding on Blue Collar Boutique. When we arrived at the property I knew that I couldn't have made a better choice. Located in Mountain Village and part of the Mountain Village Resort properties, you have access to all of the resort amenities. With amazing views and within walking distance of the gondola it is the perfect choice. The property itself is amazing. It has the perfect ski lodge feel. Full kitchen, fireplace and a patio that allows spectacular views of the sunset make this property 5* for us. A complimentary welcome bottle of wine, beer in the fridge and jars of starburst and Kind bars are the personal touches that we really enjoyed. I highly recommend renting this property on your next visit to Telluride."

"The property has several large complexes - this unit is in the middle complex around a block's walk uphill to the restaurant/pool/hot tub area; and a block's walk down hill to the ski in/ski out entrance. The ski in/ski out entrance has outside lockers - and the condo offers free locks - which makes day in-and-outs easy. Note the ski in entrance via Double Cabin is only accessible off of the 10 lift. After that closes, use the Gondala to get from the Mt Village to the grocery store, walk across the street, and ski down Double Cabin to access the entrance (easily done after hours as long as you can see).The view from this condo is great - it's very quiet as well. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has all you need. We would hike up to the restaurant for decent morning lattes - for a good start to the day.Dory, the owner, was incredibly responsive. We had an issue with a bathroom leak - which simply couldn't be fixed in that time frame - and she took care of us on the backend (thanks, Dory!)Overall, fantastic experience,Mark"

Hot tub was very nice. 3 king sized bedrooms ranged from very comfortable to over the top. 4th bedroom was good for extra space and hot tub access. Property manager was very responsive. We would be happy to return. "

"Loved the property. Plenty of room for 4 grown children and 2 adults. Nicely spread out so everyone felt like they had their own space. Well stocked kitchen for cooking in (dishes & cooking utensils - side note, no pepper or butter and the vegetable oil was slightly dated). The ski access was amazing. A short walk down the street to a double green slope (Bridges) made it super easy to come and go as we pleased. "
