"被安排在108房間，馬桶蓋竟然脫離，床單有血跡，三張床只有一個棉被，其他竟然是毛毯。房間令人覺得陰暗不適。很可怕的房間。查到當天還有空房，不知道為何要安排108客房給我們。 還好隔天幫忙更換到202。整個提升很多。如果是202房間，下次願意再入住， 希望不要安排108那種房間， 到了202房間， 餐廳有位年老女士服務態度很差，只有我一個人時，把垃圾丟在我的桌上，很可惡。當時約10:10am. 0204櫃檯小姐人很好。 有位櫃檯先生（會說中文）人也很好。 "

"酒店的地理位置非常方便，到教堂或督督宮等景點只要步行4分鐘便可。步行1分鐘便有小型超市且營業到晚上11點，方便遊客。酒店的早餐美味但選擇不多。房間在上年裝修過，貼比新淨，睡床和枕頭也很舒適，整體來說我們都非常滿意。"

For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco.
