“Very good breakfast, well worth the price and convenience since there are no breakfast places in the area. The staff is very friendly and service is great. Room was cleaned daily as requested but surfaces could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, a pleasant experience.”

“We found the hotel to be luxurious and very clean. However the big downfall for us was the very busy, noisy traffic on the road at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the window closed you could hear the traffic noise day and throughout the night. It made it very difficult to relax and we had constant disrupted sleep at night. In hindsight we should have requested to change rooms to the back of the hotel but we had unpacked and settled……

“I was very happy staying here for the two weeks I was in the Sultanahmet area. The location is close to all the important historic sights you‘d want to see. The hotel is also just a few steps from public transportation, great Turkish restaurants, bank ATM’s, and shopping. Muhammed as well as the other manager, the kitchen and housekeeping teams were all outgoing, friendly, and professional. The rooms are clean, the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathrooms had great water……

“Clean room, very friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely recommend this hotel!”

“This is my 2nd stay at Ramada Plaza hotel Istanbul city Centre during this 2-week trip in Istanbul. Unfortunately, this 2-night stay was not as satisfying as our first stay. There were 2 main issues: (1) water leaking out from the shower in our first night, resulting in quite a mess on the bathroom floor. We subsequently told the receptionist to have the technician to fix it on the second day. It was never fixed. Water continued to leak out on the second night. (2) Housekeeper did not……

“Excellent service and very beautiful old hotel with an amazing view! All staff were top notch and so friendly! Will definitely be back and recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay!”
