Pulling up there were multiple people loitering drinking large Natty Daddy beers looking as if they started at breakfast. There were all kinds of personal effects outside of multiple rooms obviously they live there. The room smelled of sewer as you opened the door. Used the bathroom opened the box of soap provided it was wet and had been previously used. Gross. I had to leave and was told to see the office staff for a refund for 2nd day. The office door was locked at 5pm. There was a dog with a diaper in there. No one would answer the phone. I have been trying to call since Saturday. It is now Wednesday finally someone answers and tells me it is hotels.com that has to refund me. 5 days no one could answer a phone wow. Could you imagine if I actually stayed and had a problem with the property??
