And the extra best part that was unexpected was how accommodating they were making sure everything was taken care of from beginning to end. I Highly highly highly recommend staying here. Enjoy!”

“We didn’t get to stay. The key pad entry was broken and the front window was boarded up. The glass was gone. This was at 7pm on a Friday night for 6 people including kids. We had to find a hotel—2 rooms. This was terribly stressful and expensive. The host made little effort to help us. I am still waiting for my refund. This should include the coverage we bought for damages. I think we should also be compensated for the hotel costs. We stay in a Vrbo b/c it is comfortable and affordable.……
