“The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet.”

I get there and the pool is closed and had been for awhile tho I was told by both 3rdparty and they lied to me saying I would be refunded, but had to go through the……

“Renovation taking place all around our room. Made a mess in hallways and excess dust everywhere. Otherwise it was good. ”

“Dont go here! The mattress felt like it was a hundred years old, and the pillows felt like folded towels with a pillowcase on them!”

“We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.”

“Walls and shower were dirty. And.the carpet was wet by the far bed upon check in random hairs all over the counter as well.”
