“早餐和房间不错，就是不能用电梯拎着四个大箱子上三楼不太方便。”

“Wasn't pleased with random items for trash under one bed, but the other was clean. some spots on the blankets as sheets possibly stain. We also noticed the bathroom needed updating. Toilet tank lid was broken/cracked. Walls in the room and hallway were also heavily cracking.”

“The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet.”

“The room was dirty. Just overall the hotel looked dirty and not because of the renovations. The elevator was not working. We were staying on the 3rd floor and had to carry everything down ourselves. They just said the elevator stops working often. ”

“We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.”

“Hotel was clean and in central location. Limited amenities like tissues, shampoo/conditioner, no ice makers, and needing to ask front desk for blow dryer. It’s more of an extended stay hotel, however, certain amenities are still expected as a hotel. Walls were thin and you could smell food being cooked from other rooms which wasn’t ideal, however, price was right and it as a great place for a night.”

“did not have breakfast, but looking at it, it was very small and either out of things or not enough stock. I passed on it. The bathroom appeared to have NO light switch that I could find. Used the entry light to see, and didn't use the shower.”

“We had a mixup with Expedia regarding our reservation and the manager was AMAZING. He refunded our deposit and gave us a room. He also recommended a restaurant which gave us a discount for staying at the hotel. There was an old stain on one of the pillowcases, but we just switched to another pillow, there were so many! We would definitely stay here again.”
