“Wonderful location, excellent views, easy instructions”

“Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! ”

“This is a great property. We usually go hiking, but the weather did not permit. Ended up just hanging out, playing some games, going to the local mall strip mall, and enough break from the rain to do a 4 mile walk on the trail.Will definitely stay here again. Kathy is a wonderful host.”

There is ample parking space in the driveway, the hot tub was amazing, the large couch & bed were comfortable, and there were lots of extra blankets along with 3 space heaters. Our dog loved the large grassy fenced backyard and the host, Shawn, was very friendly & accommodating. I highly recommend this place! :) ”

“Very clean, great attention to detail. We found the Murphy bed very comfortable, My wife has a hip condition and she hurt less sleeping on this bed than our bed at home! Pillows were great also. We might suggest a couch that is more comfortable. Enjoyed the projection tv! Cozy get away! ”

“I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. ”

“We spent a wonderful week in this great apartment. The space is contemporary, fun, clean and welcoming. Also, it’s in a great location: It’s within walking distance of a grocery store, a cafe, restaurants, and Seattle Center, where you’ll find the Space Needle, the Museum of Popular Culture, Chihuly Garden and Museum, the Science museum, and Climate Pledge Arena… and also the monorail, and the free waterfront shuttle down to the Aquarium, Pike Place Market, and all the attractions in the……

“Great location in walking distance to a lot of popular tourist areas- we would walk to the monorail station at the Space Needle with our kids and take it to Pike Market. Great weekend stay before our cruise, laundry (stackable) was a plus and convenience store across the street for waters and such. Restaurants all around, as well. Loved it. ”
