“Was over for a wedding at nearby Dodford. Well located and more budget friendly. Despite this, amenities are great. Good pool and gym in separate building, nice lounge. Drinks on the expensive side, but food fair for the standard. Main reason for very favourable review was the staff, who were accommodating, friendly and wanting to please. “The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.”

“Lovely pub and restaurant. Room lovely and clean but didn't need a disabled bathroom and extra lighting that was bright in room at night. Large family group staying next to us, who had early morning meeting in hallway and no soft closing doors so quite noisy. Staff excellent. ”
