“Days Inn By Wyndum Liberty New York was close to Bethel Woods for Performing Arts but the hotel is in very poor shape, our room was dirty, black mold around tub, toilet at floor dirty, place was very musty and room air conditioner was noisy and smelled bad. The staff was disturbed by having to work. We will never book another Wyndam property again.”

“I recently stayed at Resorts World Catskills and had a mixed experience. The property itself is ok. I felt like I was treated as just another reservation. Hospitality is often measured by how guests are treated when unexpected situations arise, and unfortunately, this experience fell short. On a positive note, the restaurant staff was wonderful. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was pretty good, and I thought the prices were fair, which was a pleasant……
