“The apartment was nearly identical to the photos and in a great location perfect for young adults with quick access to bars and restaurants. All of the major areas (lawrenceville, shady side, north shore, the strip district) are quick uber/lyft rides away. The apartment was comfortable and easily slept 4 of us (one had to stay on the couch). The upstairs could get a little warm during the nights but AC was available. Overall would definitely stay here again.”

“Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. ”

“We loved our stay. My sister and law wanted to pick up the house and take it back to Tennessee with us. John and Apryl were great host and checked in with us to make sure we were good. Very clean and spacious.”

“Check in was very easy. Loved how the door locked and unlocked. The house was very beautiful and loved everything in the house. A.C. was awesome. Loved the fire pit and grill. Was a amazing time and will definitely be back. ”

“I and my husband, my sisters and their spouses stayed here to celebrate my Dad's 90th birthday. It was a lovely place with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms, and comfortable beds (one of which was in a spacious, third-floor loft). The location was in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the Monongahela Incline and Duquense Incline - which provides spectacular views of Pittsburgh. Also close to terrific restaurants. The host was super-responsive. I recommend this property……

“Property was large enough to accommodate my group and nicely decorated with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, hot tub, and arcade machine. Within walking distance to plenty of bars/restaurants and PNC Park. Great view from the top floor balcony - able to see fireworks set off at PNC Park. Would stay here again. ”
