“Called an Inn but rivals the best hotels. 10/10. Pride of ownership. Would stay here all the time from now on. Was the third place I stayed at over 5 days having had disappointing stays at Signature Inn and Haven Inn for family health crisis. Even if at a conference or event downtown, I would stay here. Clean up to date rooms, all the amenities. I think on site restaurant is coming but that’s the only downside.”

“The hotel is modern, clean, and centrally located in downtown Hamilton. Our room was very spacious giving our family of 3 plenty of space to relax when in our room without feeling cramped. Lots of breakfast options to choose from in the included breakfast. There was an odd and unpleasant smell in the hallway of the floor we stayed on. When I brought it to the hotel's attention, they quickly addressed it and the smell was nearly gone by the end of that day. Hotel staff reached out by text message……

“The host was kind and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a cozy common place where there are games, books and a desktop. Not sure if we can use it and the printer too. The bathrooms were clean too and towels were provided too. They also provided toiletry and hair dryer . Thus, overall, it is a good choice to stay. I will choose here when I travel Hamilton ”
