"Staff was friendly and very helpful. Kathryn at the front desk was especially helpful with getting us tickets to shows and Silver Dollar City. Stayed in a King Suite. The room was clean and nice. Shower is small but had nice spa tub in bathroom, not in the sleeping area. Pool area was clean and hot tub hot and functioning. Breakfast is good and was in restaurant on lower level. had dinner at restaurant one night and it was very good. Would stay here again."

"We stay here a few times a year. It is not new but very well maintained and the people are SO nice! Breakfast is hot and my kids love the pancake machine! My daughter left an expensive item in the room and when I called they had found it, labeled it with the room number and date, and had it ready when we came back by to pick it up. (Lucky we noticed before we left town.)"
