“Not our first time staying here, nice as before. Can’t wait to come back after renovations are done, but we had already paid for our stay ahead of time and was only suppose to pay 90$ upon arrival. Once we got there we was told we had to pay $150 for deposit and the parking would be deducted from that… okay fine. They also mentioned we would have a $50 credit per day that could go on anything food drinks etc. we used it for food, but once we got ready to check out we still ended up having to pay……

“The front desk staff was rarely at the front desk. The concierge desk usually had someone but they were not really able to help with anything. The pool had bugs and even a cockroach one day…the maintenance staff was the best part about this place. They were so kind as you saw them around the facility and remembered us greeting us every day. There really weren’t any amenities to enjoy. The ice machines throughout the property were broken even though it was over 100 outside everyday so that was a……

“Staff right from check in was not great. Management not great at stepping in or helping. Food and beverages is extremely overpriced. We spend more than double on the food and beverage than the room iteself for just 1 night. I wouldn't stay here again but location is great in the heart of Scottsdale. It's a very old hotel and you can tell but they made it very instagramable.”

“Amazing bar!”

“Third stay here and it was excellent as always. The Paradise Valley location next to Camelback Mountain is ideal. Ten minutes to Scottsdale, fifteen to Sky Harbor. The rooms are large and comfortable. The restaurant and café food is fantastic and can be ordered at one of two pools; family and adults-only. Gym has free weights, machines, treadmills and peletons. We will definitely be back again. 5 stars.”

“Don’t travel there alone ever as a single female that’s all I got to say . The place was magical and beautiful but a bad staff can ruin your entire trip so beware if you are a single female I would definitely not ever go there alone again . But very pretty location”
