“The property is beautiful and we had a great stay. The sun is hot as expected for July in Phoenix but we still enjoyed our time. Only negatives were the pool towels, bed pillows, and mattress. The rooms and areas are well kept, all staff were kind and helpful. I’ve never woke up with back pain like I did and the pillows were not as I would expect for such a nice property. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“There is construction going on, which we weren’t aware of until we arrived, it was very inconvenient. Prices were not modified due to the construction. Water slides weren’t opened the entire time we were there. It was 117 degrees and the pool was not cooled. It was very uncomfortable, water was almost as hot as the hot tub. Couldn’t connect to internet at all, therefore, connection was terrible. My room was never cleaned during our entire stay. We were there to celebrate a special occasion and……

“This property is amazing! It's definitely a boutique hotel/resort and the grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. The building I stayed in felt older but the rooms are large , updated and clean. I've stayed here twice now, and both times, the staff were excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant and pool staff to the spa, they were absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back!”

“Don’t travel there alone ever as a single female that’s all I got to say . The place was magical and beautiful but a bad staff can ruin your entire trip so beware if you are a single female I would definitely not ever go there alone again . But very pretty location”
