Welcome to The Crescent Unit #416, a beachfront complex, located on Scenic Highway 98, in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. We are within walking distance to Silver Shells Outlet Mall, Winn Dixie, and next door to the beachfront Surf Hut restaurant.

The Crescent is a beachfront, gated, 4-story complex, with 2 pools. We have a 4,500 sq. ft. tropical lagoon-style pool & a 2nd pool that is seasonally heated! Look no further... paradise is here at The Crescent. A unique and upscale condominium resort, located directly on the beach, in the Gulf of Mexico, on the quiet side of Miramar Beach. Beach service, 1 umbrella and 2 chairs, are a complimentary service with unit 416.

This 4th-floor penthouse, two-bedroom unit features 10-foot ceilings, only found on the 4th-floor units at The Crescent. Boasting a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops for those who love to cook! The master bedroom and living room open up to the L-shaped balcony where you can enjoy incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our gated community features a 4500 square feet beach-side pool, (in addition to a pool that is seasonally heated), surrounded by a lush tropical setting not seen in other low-rise condominiums in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. Lounge at the oversized sundeck, relax in the hot tub or take our private boardwalk to the Gulf of Mexico, where we provide our guests with 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (in season March through October). Take advantage of the on-site meeting room and outdoor grills.
